We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. If your order arrives defective or with any printing issues, please contact our customer support team at monica@kashmirico.com for prompt assistance within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return Policy
As a small business, all of our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or defective. In those cases, we are happy to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the damage. This allows us to process a free replacement for you promptly. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds without photographic proof of the damage.
Wrong Item Received
To be eligible for an exchange due to receiving an incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days from the date the carrier delivers your order. Please email monica@kashmirico.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
Shipping & Tracking Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress of your package.
Please note that once an order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, they are responsible for the handling and delivery of your package. If you experience any delays, lost packages, or other shipping-related issues, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping carrier directly for the quickest resolution.
